How do I trust someone from the internet with my...??

We totally understand where you are coming from!!  All of our team members have lived in Winnipeg for years, many are parents, and some are teachers in out community.  They are all reviewed VERY carefully before they join our team.  You have an opportunity to review their credentials and meet any of the team members BEFORE you use their service.  So yes, we agree - be very careful who you trust on the internet!

Can I get the same person every time I need help?

We always try to consistently match a team member with a family so they build their connection over time.  This tends to work better for everyone involved and some families require it.  Depending on schedules and how urgent your needs are, there may be times when your normal helper is not available.  In these cases we will find you another helper who you may come to love just as much!

Will you watch my pet in my home or must they come to you?

We understand that some pets have a very hard time with change.  Having the people they care about not around and then being taken out of their familiar surroundings can simply be too stressful for some.  If that is the case, we can certainly arrange for care where your pet is most comfortable.  Help, when you need it, where you need it!

How does the pick-up and drop-off service work?

We can make it work however you need, to fit your schedule and your child's.  It can be as simple as picking them up from your home and safely transporting them to their event, where we ensure they are itransferred to thecare of the indiviudal you have authorized.  It can be as involved as collecting a group of friends in the neighbourhood, transporting them to soccer practice, and bringing them all back home again (we can even ensure the orange slices get distributed!).
